This is the brake handle that has the screw hole for a threaded adjuster. Known models are the Touring TK150T-H & TK250T-2, and Roketa MC-13-150 & MC-13-250 Bali models, and 16 inch wheel models Tank TR16, and Roketa MC-27-150.

Pictured in chrome but often is black.
